Scope
This notice covers the public IDVIS website (idvis.uz) and the forms on it. The authenticated office, DMC and client workspaces are governed by the agreements between IDVIS and each agency.
What we collect
When you submit a contact or demo form we store the data you enter (name, company, business type, email, phone, country, city, message and optional qualification answers), the language of the site, the page the form was sent from, campaign parameters in the link if present, a hashed network address and the browser type. We do not create a client profile or visa case from a marketing form.
Why
To answer your inquiry, qualify a demo request and, if you ask for it, to arrange partner onboarding. We do not sell or share this data with advertisers.
Analytics
Our analytics are first-party and store only the event name, language and page path. They contain no names, identifiers or form contents.
Retention
Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for a reasonable follow-up period, then archived or deleted.
Your rights
You may ask us to correct or delete your inquiry data by writing to the contact address on this site.
